Onboarding:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome materials and coordinating training schedules.
Ensure that all new employee documentation and compliance requirements are completed accurately and timely.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records within the HR database and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Prepare reports and documents related to recruitment metrics and HR activities.
Employee Relations:
Address employee inquiries related to policies, procedures, and benefits with professionalism and confidentiality.
Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Compliance and Policy Management:
Assist in ensuring that HR practices comply with applicable laws and regulations, as well as company policies.
Help maintain and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and legal compliance.
General Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the HR and recruitment teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing communications, and organizing HR events.
